How it Works

Each Yoke is made with care in a highly manual process. Sincerity comes in many forms. For Yoke, it comes in the form of gentle waving stitch lines to the hand polished edges. 

We are small, which is why —

#2: Paying for your Yoke is a hassle.

We'd love to include the convenient Apple Pay button (who doesn't!). But the low production numbers and the high cost of materials make it difficult to commit to adding payment processing and the recurring costs associated with it.

#3: Shipping

Global shipping costs $15 USD* and is fulfilled by SingPost. FedEx shipping is also available at a higher cost. All shipments are tracked.

Customs Fees: Your order may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are payable directly to local authorities upon delivery.

Returns & Reshipping: If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
